"I booked my taxi on Friday and If I had not checked my email on Sunday evening the day before travel, I would not have known that my original booking was cancelled. I did manage to rebook however if I did not check then I would have never known. Would it not be good practice that if you have not received confirmation that you journey is booked in a certain amount of time then you get notifications quicker and not the day before travel? "
